Best Ever Chicken Salad
Best Ever Chicken Salad:
5 cups cubed cooked chicken
1½ cups small seedless grapes
2 T salad oil
1 ½ cups sliced celery
2 T orange juice
1 (15 ¼ oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 T vinegar 1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 t salt
½ cup mayonnaise
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
Combine chicken, oil, juice, vinegar, and salt. Let stand 30 minutes or
more. Add remaining ingredients, except almonds. Toss. Sprinkle almonds
on top and serve.
