Two Cheese Pasta

Two Cheese Pasta:  

Lawrys Products Needed:
Lawry'sŪ Seasoned Salt

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup milk
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Fontina cheese
1/3 cup (2 oz.) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
3/4 teaspoon Lawry'sŪ Seasoned Salt
2 tablespoons dry white wine
8 ounces spiral, multi-colored pasta, cooked and drained
Chopped parsley (garnish)


Heat oil in large skillet. Stir in onion and bell pepper, cooking for 5 minutes; set aside. In same skillet, add flour and milk; mix well and bring just to boiling. Reduce heat to low; slowly add cheeses stirring constantly to melt. Mix in Seasoned Salt and wine. Run hot water over pasta to reheat. Add pasta to sauce, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Meal Suggestion: Add thoroughly cooked, chunked chicken or turkey to make a heartier dish.
