Chicken Pasta
Chicken Pasta:
serves 4
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers, red and green
1 can ( 10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, low fat
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup cooked pasta twists
In a skillet over low heat, heat oil. Add chicken, onion, and bell
peppers. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Stir in cream of
mushroom soup, water, pasta, and mixed vegetables. Cover and cook on low
heat for 5 minutes.
