Favorite Waldorf Salad

1 medium red apple (about 1 cup) -- cored and chopped
1 medium green apple (about 1 cup) -- cored and chopped
2 stalks celery (about 1 cup) -- chopped
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup Walnuts -- chopped
1/2 cup seedless raisins or chopped dried fruit
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
1. Mix apples, celery, marshmallows, walnuts and raisins; set aside.
 
2. Blend mayonnaise and lemon juice in small bowl; pour over apple mixture, tossing to coat.
 
3. Refrigerate until serving time.
