Breakfast Shake:  

1 ripe banana
¾ C pineapple juice
½ C low-fat vanilla yogurt
½ C strawberries, rinsed


Peel and slice banana. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, then serve.

1 banana 1 ¾ C pineapple juice 2 ½ C low fat vanilla yogurt 70 ½ C fresh strawberries 1
