Parmesan Cheese Bread

Parmesan Cheese Bread:  

1 (16-ounce) French bread loaf
2 garlic cloves, halved
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


SPLIT bread loaf horizontally.
RUB cut sides of bread with garlic, and place bread on a baking sheet. Brush evenly with oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
BAKE at 350° for 10 minutes or until toasted; cut into 2-inch slices. Yield: 6 to 8 servings
